This workshop is not about skillz.
It’s about what you are up to.
It’s about what gives you drive, what occupies you (personally as well as worldly), where do you see your power and what keeps you down?
Also, this course is going to transition all these questions into real life:
How do we apply all this to how we really want to work with?
How do we relate our positions in society as designers or artists?
We are going to create a room together in which we can work productively and without pressuring ourselves.
I will be there for you as a host and for guidance (up to a certain point of course).
Also I will provide the zines with you.
Lets try to produce as free as possible without any kind of judgment.
Remember: You are accountable for the environment in the room, you are responsible for giving the content more space and value.
Also: You are the content.
I'm happy to see every face, no matter which skills you bring to the table.
You can take whatever you want with you to work with.

Parissa Charghi is an iranian visual artist & graphic designer, based in Cologne, Germany. She is specialized in the creation and development of visual art, graphic design and art direction for mostly cultural and creative individuals and institutions. Charghi initiates collaborations and cooperations, she draws synergies from networking and creates originals with a depth of subculture, design and art. Her work is always based on an ethical attitude that reflects the value of her design process.
